IMPORTANT UPDATE: NEWPORT BEACH CITY COUNCIL MEETING STARTS AT 5 PM ON TUESDAY, JULY 27TH
 Archived News On April 27, 2021, the City Council conducted a public hearing to consider the 2510 West Coast Highway mixed-use project. Upon reviewing the project and receiving public comment, the Council voted 4-1 to continue the item to the May 25, 2021 Council meeting so that both staff and the applicant could provide additional information related to the project. After the April 27th Council meeting, the applicant informed City staff that in response to concerns raised at the public hearing they have elected to amend their application and redesign the project. To allow adequate time for the applicant to complete design changes, it is necessary to continue this item to a future Council meeting.
